Neil Donovan, 82, was surrounded by family as he passed away of natural causes in his home in Virginia Beach, VA on Sept 8th, 2016. He was a native of the Bay Ridge area of Brooklyn, NY, and was a fighter pilot in the US Navy. He is survived by former spouse Johanna, children Laura, Linda, and Glen, and several grand children and great grandchildren. Memorial Services will be conducted at the Horton Veterans Cemetery, Suffolk, VA on 3 October at 12:00 noon.
